If your soles are solid, but you need new rubber heels, you're in the right place. We offer two quality Cowboy Rubber Heels. Our Premium Rubber Heel tends to last twice as long as our Basic Rubber Heel. Please note, if you wore past the rubber and into the heel blocks, we will need to replace the whole Leather Stacked Heel Base
How Does This Work?
If you're looking to get new heels installed on your boots, simply choose which one you want and complete the purchase to lock your spot in line. Then box up your boots and ship them to our shop with your name, number, and return address. Once we get your boots in, we will call you for a one-on-one consultation to finalize the details and get your shoes in line. Please note we estimate a 2-3 week turnaround time from the date of your repair consultation.

What to do after your purchase?
After you make your purchase, all you have to do is box up your shoes along with your name, number, and return address. Ship them to our shop located at 1265 Rock Springs Rd Smyrna Tn 37167. For the business name use "The Shoe Man". Once we receive your shoes, we will contact you for a one on one repair consultation to go over the final details and get you in line!
Do I Need New Heel Bases?
If you've worn into the leather heel bases, or the current heel bases aren't leather, we will have to replace them with Stacked Leather Heel Bases
What if I change my mind?
If you haven't shipped out your shoes yet, just contact us and we will issue the refund. If after your repair consultation you choose to not move forward, we will then ship your item back and issue a refund minus shipping fees.
