More Information

What to do after your purchase?

After you make your purchase, all you have to do is box up your shoes along with your name, number, and return address. Ship them to our shop located at 1265 Rock Springs Rd Smyrna Tn 37167. For the business name use "The Shoe Man". Once we receive your shoes, we will contact you for a one on one repair consultation to go over the final details and get you in line!

What if I change my mind?

If you haven't shipped out your shoes yet, just contact us and we will issue the refund. If after your repair consultation you choose to not move forward, we will then ship your item back and issue a refund minus shipping fees.

What is a welt?

The welt is the strip around your shoe that the sole is stitched to. If the welt is damaged we aren't able to stitch a new sole to it.

How do I know if I need a new welt?

Look along the welt and if you see any cracking, chipping, or if the stitching is super close to the edge, then you most likely are gonna need new welts. Which ends up giving a cleaner finish to the job in the end anyway.
