Laser engraving is not limited to only engraving onto existing materials/items. But can also cut them out, to be assembled into existence.

For example, if someone wanted a hexagon-shaped leather engraved patch, for their hat. My laser can engrave the design and cut out the shape onto the leather then we will sew the completed patch onto the hat.
